Namdev Finvest Indore
A 70-seat office on the 8th floor of an Indore building, with no windows and no goods lift. Designed, made and installed in 75 days.
Inside the space
Daylight we had to design, and an 8th floor with no lift
Namdev Finvest's Indore team needed a 70-seat office on the 8th floor of a commercial building. The floor had two hard limits. It had no windows, so the space had no daylight at all. It also had no goods lift or hoist, so every workstation, panel and piece of furniture had to be carried up by hand.
We planned the logistics before the layout. Our modular workstations and furniture were made in knock-down form, in pieces sized to move through the building's stairs and passenger lift, and we scheduled deliveries around building hours. Inside, a layered lighting scheme, light finishes and an open plan stop a windowless floor from feeling closed in. The team moved into a finished office 75 days after design sign-off.

Bright by design, light to deliver
With no daylight, lighting does all the work. We combined even ambient lighting with task lighting at each desk and warmer accents in meeting rooms, so the office feels open rather than sealed. Light-toned finishes and low partitions keep sight lines long across the floor.
The missing goods lift shaped the furniture as much as the layout. Every workstation and table was built in modular, knock-down form, carried up in pieces and assembled on the floor. Nothing had to be cut down or rebuilt to fit.
More work.
Got a difficult floor to fit out
No windows, tight timelines: tell us the constraints. Wellcome back with a plan that works around them.
