One partner, from first sketch to handover
Namdev Finvest needed a headquarters that could seat 300 people across multiple floors without losing a sense of one company. We took the project from space planning and design through civil, MEP, furniture and automation, all under a single design-to-build contract. Work floors are planned for density and flow. The management floor gets a quieter, richer treatment in veneer, and a dedicated cafeteria gives the whole team a shared place to meet.

Warm materials, clear hierarchy
Timber baffle ceilings and warm lighting carry through the work floors, so a large office still feels calm. Long shared tables in the passages double as touch-down spots. The management floor shifts to natural veneer, curated art walls and tailored joinery, which marks it clearly without cutting it off. Automation for lighting and climate keeps running costs and day-to-day effort low.
