A long-term partner, a 45-day build
Kogta Financial is an NBFC with branches across western India, and a client we have worked with since 2018. For this 5,000 sq ft office in Jaipur, they wanted a space that felt energetic, not corporate grey.
We delivered it design-to-build under a single contract in 45 days: 60+ open workstations, four cabins, a boardroom, a conference room and a store room, all tied together by a central corridor.

Open ceilings, bold graphics
The ceiling was left open and painted black, with linear and ring pendant lights marking out each zone. Against that, the walls carry the personality: large typographic murals and colourful illustrations give every area its own identity. Workstations pair white tops with orange and frosted screens, glass cabins use frosted bands for privacy without losing light, and fluted panels and a long storage credenza line the main corridor.
